Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Nationwide delivery within Pakistan generally takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Dr Mommy Things, we carefully inspect every product before shipping. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Eligible Returns or Replacements
We will gladly offer a replacement if:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement, please:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number.
Share clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used lunch boxes
Products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear
Items without original packaging
Replacement Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
